The value of her stories, not only of her personal stories, but her clients’ stories helped our audience in more ways than I could have hoped for. Her value and knowledge have people already requesting we bring her back. Nada was so easy to work with.
“Had a great conversation with Nada for an upcoming episode of our Definitely Maybe Agile podcast. She’s a superstar when it comes to developing careers. Her ideas will shed light on where your career can and should go.”
Not only was it a pleasure to work with Nada during preparations leading up to the event, but I was also impressed with her commitment to our community. She was a knowledgeable and engaging speaker and I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again!
I was instantly entertained and learned something new, helpful, and inspiring from her. Nada is a fantastic speaker, and her stories and lessons are relatable to any audience. I will use Nada’s tools and teachings not only professionally but also personally.
Nada helped us with a gap we noticed with the mentorship program. She created and facilitated workshops which resulted in several mentees building their confidence and landing a job.
She is a passionate and engaging speaker who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. With her guidance, we covered many topics ranging from role clarity to the importance of investing and supporting people. We would happily work with Nada again on any future endeavours!
Most people struggle with the concept of having a purpose. The truth is, I never did. I always had a strong voice that knew where I wanted to be. But I couldn’t get there because I was a prisoner to everyone I had to please to survive.
When I was 9 years old, my father got impatient with me because I couldn’t learn math fast enough, so he slapped me.
That fear of not learning fast enough stayed with me my entire life. Throughout academia, the corporate world, and even when I was learning a hobby.
I kept telling myself my entire life I was a slow learner and a burden to anyone teaching me anything, so I took it upon myself to become my own teacher to succeed.
Teaching myself literally saved my life, so I decided one day I’d teach people like me in a way that would never make them doubt their abilities or feel less than.
For the past 15 years, my mission has been to create safe learning environments as a keynote speaker and trainer at organizations like Logitech, Accenture, Slalom, Deloitte, Scrum Alliance, RBC Ventures on a variety of topics including:
“I quit.” That was the text I sent my boss a few years ago, while I was sitting in a meeting.
While pursuing my A-CSM certification I came across Lyssa Adkins’ Agile Coaching Competency
